There is no fee involved for a demolition permit. <br />However, through the process of t}ie p�nnit, the structnre will <br />be removed from the tax rolls thereby decreasing the property <br />tax. <br />There is a required sewer cap-off permit involved and a fee of <br />$2.50 is charged for thc permit. <br />The two required permits, demolition and sewer cap-off, may be <br />ohtained from the City of L•verett Ruilding Tnspection Department. <br />If you have any questions regarding this matter you may call the <br />Ruildin� Tnspecti.on Department at 259-8745• <br />Yours truly, <br />L.
