We recently WE with you and representatives of the City of Everett Planning Department to discuss this additional and supplemental information required to assess Uie environmental sensitive areas within the vita. This information is requested based upon the now City of Everett ordinance No. 1671-89 Zoning Code ordinance (dated January 3, 1990); and in particular Section 37, Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Interim), of the now ordinance. DISCUSSION Hs understand that the sensitive area information requested in the now ordinance is not specifically addressed in our geotechnical evaluation report of the site prepared for you, dated July 13, 1990. We were not aware at that time that the sensitive area information was specifically requested, and thus this information was not specifically presented as outlined in the new ordinance.
