The owner is planning on placing fill in the rear yard area at a <br />later date and at that time the rear deck will no longer exceed the eight <br />foot height limitation. <br />In areas of the City where homes have been built an steeF slopes it has been <br />our policy to allow decks :vhich are greater than eight feet in :�eight in the <br />rear or front yard areas; therefore, we have no objection to the above <br />described project.
