Mr. Walden desires to promptly obtain the <br />necessary permits and proceed with the work. <br />We wish to advis�, however, that, on review of the ordinances <br />(555-78, 665-B0, and 793-51) as provided us by your off.ice, we <br />question the right of the City of Rverett, pursuant to that <br />ordinance, to require dedication of additional right-s of way <br />pursuant to Section 2(C) w:�ere under Section 2(A) it has been <br />determined that "interim improvements" are appropriate an3 <br />where such "improvements" in fact result in leaving the street <br />as is. In other words, pursuant to Section 2(A) }�our office <br />has determined that no improvements are requir.ed in connection <br />with the issuance of the permit and yet you also take the <br />position that additional rights of caay must be dedicated to <br />the City even though Section 2(C) provides for such dedication <br />only for "required street improvements."
