We have worked closely with Mr. CTuck Lundgren, Public Works Engineer, who has copies of our plans, specifications and pertinent correspondence should you care to review them. At a May 4 pre-construction meeting with Mr. Parker Adelman, Division Engineer, we were advised that the Project Contractor (JIJ Construction) must arrange to have yourself or your designated represer.tative available to conduct an inspection during bridoe installation: We eriticipate that bridge installation will take place during the last week o£ June or firct week of July. We will provide �8 hours edvance notice per the "Special Railroad Provisions"., We have asked JIJ Construction to contact you directly and provide you with the schedule of construction activity.
