Box 116 RETURN RECEIPT REQUEST <br />Everett, WA 98206 <br />Re: 314 Olympic Blvd., Everett, WA <br />Dear Mr. Winde: <br />According to Snohomish County records, you are the owner of the following <br />legally described property: <br />View Ridge Addition Division 2, Block 000 Lot 48 <br />Commonly known as: 314 Olympic Blvd., Everett, WA <br />An inspection of the structure at the above address reveals several <br />deficiencies which may be deemed detrimental to the public, as defined in the <br />Uniform Housing Code. These conditions may be considered sufficient to <br />declare the building to be substandard and/or dangerous. <br />Some of the deficiencies noted are listed in this letter. Since the building <br />is uninhabitable in its present condition, it shall remain vacant until such <br />time as the building is repaired in accordance with the current Building Code <br />or demolished. <br />Your immediate attention is necessary to remedy these conditions. Please <br />advise this office within ten (10) days of the action you plan to take to <br />accomplish this. <br />Some of the deficiencies noted during the inspection are listed below: <br />1. The mortar in the chimney is deteriorated and bricks are falling <br />away from the chimney. <br />2. The roof is rotted in some areas as well as the wooden rain <br />gutters and eaves. <br />3.
