There is hereby granted to the present and future owners of Parcels A� B, C and of Lot 42, View Ridge Addition to Everett, Division No. 2, and to the City of Everett, a municipal corporation� the right to enter upon said easement area for purposes of cutting, slashin}- and removing of trees� shrubs, plants and other foliage rrhich might constitute s danger to, or interfere in, the operation of said sewer line. The owners as reflected herein also grant to the City of Everett. a municipnl corporation� the right to allow said corpor- ation to grant the right of abuttinp, oti+ners to connect to the sewer across said easement area. It is further declared by the owners hereto, that the ease- ment as created is appurtenant to and for the benefit of the present and future owners of the herein described Parcels A, B� C and D� their heirs� successors and assigns, and that the easement and rights established herein are declared to be covenants running with the land� binding upon the present and future owners of Parcels A.
