THEY TOLD HIM THE DRAIN TILE FOR <br />THE IINE GOING TO THE MANHOLE IS IN NEED OF REPAIR. HE BELIEVES <br />THIS IS ALSO REASON FOR THE ASPHALT CRACK THAT CROSSING THE I'OAD.
