According to Chapter 19, Section 7.010 C. of the Everett Municipal Code, it is illegal for a residence to provide a driveway exceeding 20 feet in width within the required front 20- foot setback. After researching your property, I verified that the otiginai driveway w.:� to be removed as a condition of approval for a previous building permit to construct a gazage and a second driveway. As a result, you must temove t6e original driveway and rcplace the drop curb with a full height curb per city staztdards. In order to comply with the code and resolve this violation you must take correcdve acdon by August 3, 2000.
