Here is the story. <br /> The owner stated that she hired someone to replace a rotting and deteriorated deck structure. <br /> Tlie replacement strutture "evolved into an expansion and conversion of the prior deck area into a hedroom <br /> enlargement project". <br /> The enlarged area now has drywall installed and electrical features. <br /> All of the construttion work has been performed without the required permits. <br /> The addition is located on the north east comer o(the house. <br /> In acldition to the alterations being performed without permits, it was observed that the property has a large pile of old <br /> tires and other debris. <br /> Please add this to your workload for enforcement action. <br /> Thank you. <br /> Ted Budden <br /> i <br />
