According to Snohomish County <br /> Assessor's Records and field observation it appears that the above structures were <br /> constructed prior to FeEruary 6, 1962. <br /> The residence with attached garage fails to meet the required ten foot street side <br /> setback. The garage fails to meet the required ten-foot street side setback from the <br /> north property line, as well as the five-foot interior side setback from the south property <br /> line. The garage also exceeds the fifty percent rear yard coverage provision as <br /> established in Section 7.020.D. The detached garage also exceeds the maximum <br /> allowable size for accessory structures per Section 7.020.B. <br /> Refer to the attached site plan, provided by the applicant, for information regarding <br /> specific building setbacks, building height, and building dimensions. <br /> Decision: I hereby find that the use and setbacks for the above structure(s)are <br /> recognized as legal non-confotming and meet the City of Everett Zoning Code in effect <br /> at the time of construction. This certification is subject to revocation if it is found that the <br /> information upon which this decision was based is erroneous.
