We did not perform any <br /> specific exploration within the proposed development area. <br /> A11 elevations mentioned in this report refer to existing grade. <br /> Location & Site Description <br /> The evaluated lot area consists of Lot 25 of Edgemore Heights, located at the <br /> east side of View lane cul-de-sac, in Everett, Washinato�. Presentty, the lot <br /> area is undeveloped, but has existing residences to thc north and east. The <br /> southerly majority of the lot area is relatively flat lying, but breaks very <br />
