The proposed use will not create an environmental impact <br /> on the subject property oc sur�ounding properties . <br /> 6 . The proposed use will satisfy a need for a support <br /> center fo� sexaul assault victims within the City of <br /> Evecett and Snohomish County. <br /> 7.
