The proposed use will not create an environmental impact on the subject property oc sur�ounding properties . 6 . The proposed use will satisfy a need for a support center fo� sexaul assault victims within the City of Evecett and Snohomish County. 7. The Everett Pl:inning Department has tecommended approval of the Specit.l Property Use Permit subject to the conditions listed in Finding 110.
