This <br /> ordinance establishes minimum maintenance requirements for structures in the CBD ir� <br /> an effort to keep the streetscape vibrant and aflractive. The ordinance becomes <br /> effedive September 1, 2009. A full copy of the ordinance is enclosed with this letter.
