As a result of the complaints, an inspection of the building was <br /> conducted. Enclosed is an inspection report dated August 4, 1994 listing some of the <br /> deficiencies noted during an inspection on that date. <br /> The tenants indicated they have been unsuccessful in getting the manager to make the <br /> necessary repairs. <br /> The deficiencies noted during the inspection may be deemed detrimental to the healffi, <br /> safety, and welfare of the occupants as defined in the Uniform Housing Code. These <br /> conditior�s may be sufficient to declare the building to be substandard. <br /> Some of the repairs require building and electrical permits which are issued by the City <br /> of Everett Building Inspection Division, 3200 Cedaz St., Everett, WA. <br /> Your immediate attention is required in correcting these conditons. Please contact this <br /> office within ten (10) days of your receipt of this letter with a plan of action to <br /> accomplish this.
