� ,� <br /> HOUSING CODE INSPECTION REPORT <br /> FROM: MARIAN DENT, CITY OF EVERETT, HOUSING INSPECTOR ,�� <br /> DATE: AUGUST 16, 1994 <br /> SUBI: 1214 PACIFIC AVE. M2, EVEREIT, WA <br /> At the request of the ta�ant an inspection of this was conducted. The inspection <br /> revealed the following deficiencies: <br /> 1. The drain for the cloths washer dces not allow a free flow of water from <br /> the washer on the drain cycle. <br /> 2, The kitchen cupboards are not secured to the ball and are loose to the <br /> touch. <br /> 3. The electrical breaker box dces not have a cover on it. <br /> 4. The refrigerator works only when the electrical system in the lower unit <br /> is off. <br /> 5. Kitchen counter drawers are missing face boards. <br /> 6. Tile is falling from the ceiling in the north bedroom. <br /> 7. The exterior stairs and porch on the rear of the building are deceriorated, <br /> ioose and in a very unstabie condition. These conditions are considered <br /> dangerous for the occupanu of the building. <br /> These conditions may be considered hazardous and/or dangerous to the health safety <br /> and welfarc of the occupants pursuant ro the requirements of Uniform Housing Code as <br /> adopted by the City of Everett. <br /> � <br />
