N1, EVERETT, WA <br /> At the roquest of the tenant an inspection of the electrical problems within the unit was <br /> conducted. The inspection revealed bare electrical wires lying on the floor in the <br /> latchen ; an area between the counters where a dishwasher may have been at one time. <br /> A ceiling fixture hthe children's bedroom is not secured in place. Wiring is old, <br /> deteriorated and hazardous. <br /> gaseboard heaters lack protective coverings for the heating elements. <br /> Door knobs are missing on the bathroom door and bedroom doors. <br /> There is no smoke detecWr in the unit. <br /> These c�onditions may be considered hazardous and/or dangerous to the health safety <br /> and welfare of the occupants pursuant to the requirements of Uniform Housing Code as <br /> adopced by the City of Everett. <br /> �e <br />
