There appear to be a number issues with the proposed Type 1 hood and exhaust duct as submitted. The City of Everett lypically requires a separate mecheniwl pertnit for Type 1 hoods. At tfie time all of the issues will need W be resn�ved. Please be advised tfiat there should be communication between the kitchen layout desigr.er and the hood and duct installer/s to try to avoid field construction issues. 2. The plans should provide the requirements for door panic hardware in accordance with IBC 1008.1.10. 3. The plans should provide all information to assure compliance with door swing and door latch requirements of IBC 1008.1.2 and 1008.1.9.3 respectively.
