The intent of the ordinance is to help proted the downtown streetscape and encourage economic deveiopment in one of the City's iirportant retail and business centers. This ordinance establishes minimum maintenance requiiements for structures in the CBD in an effort to keep the streetscape vibrant and attractive. The ordinance becomes effective September 1, 2009.
