Reaurn of Prooertv. Upon expinHon of this agreement, I.essee shall return the <br /> Propeny to Lessor and shall remove all temporary fencing, if any, and neaQy level the site <br /> (without exporting earthen material) wilh all brush and other growlh removed and the site <br /> covered with a layer of g�avel suitable for partdng and growth control. <br /> 6. Attornevs Fees, In lhe event either party brings an acGon or suit to enforce any <br /> provision of this agrcement, the pievailing pazty in any such acdon or suit shall be entitled W <br /> rxover from the other party, al( taaable costs and m�sonable attomeys' fees as may be awarded <br /> by the oourt. <br /> 7.
