Therefore my ' ' clients have gotten back to the local fire department official who � has indicated that once the contents are removed, the tank need not be excavated but can simply be filled with concrete, un'_ess there � is some very clear evidence of contamination or leakage. We are ' in the process of obtaining an estimate for the cost of that, but we suspect it will be substantially less than the cost mentioned � in my previous letter, and will provide that information to you 1�' upon request. � Additionally, I believe I previously mentioned that my client had '� purchased the property in 1933.
