Public Works <br /> Department approval of these drawinqs is required prior to any <br /> permits being isaued. All improvements shall be completec, <br /> approved, and warranted bef.ore Occupency permits ere issued. <br /> 2. Full standard half-street improvements ara required to �mith <br /> street, including, but not limited to, curb, gutter, sidewalk, <br /> street widening, transitiona and qrainaqe control per City <br /> Standards on the proposal�s full frontaqe. <br /> 3. Sidewalics, curbs and qutters must be installad on Pecific Avenue <br /> per City Design Standards on the proposal's full frontage. <br /> 4. Special charqes for connection to the sever and vater aystems in <br /> accordance with Ordinance 1171-85 are applicable. Tha actual <br /> cost shnll be computed hy the Huildinq Department per the <br /> ordinance in effect at the time and eccordinq to the <br /> information provided on the approved plans on the dete of permit <br /> issuance. <br /> 5. The sever main is o••erloaded. A backweter valve must be <br /> installed on all new sewer mnin connections. <br /> 5, city streets are to be kept clenr of dirt and debris at ell <br /> times durinq construction. Dust suppression end street cleaning <br /> must occur as directed by the Public Worka Inspector. <br /> �. Permits must be obtained for all fill removed from the site and <br /> placed within the City limits. <br /> e. Performance querantees ere raquired for the atrcet end utility <br /> improvements. <br /> 9. A one-year quarantee is required on the public improv�n�nts for <br /> an amount not less than 1Gt o! tha cost of conetruction and <br /> shall run for one year from th� dete of ieauence of. the firat <br /> occupancy Permit for tha project. <br /> lo. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sawer, and wet�r syst�ws witl <br /> be required to ba aubmitted per City Desiqn and Con�truction <br /> standards and Specifications. <br /> 11 .
