Seiffert ownership. <br /> Mr. Tom Thetford, City Maintenance Supervisor, has concurred with <br /> this abandonment ae a result of the field investiqation which <br /> ravealed, that there was no indication of any existinq use of <br /> this line between the limits of manholes �7 and M8.
