EVYRETT. N'ASNINGTOH .
SIGNIFICANCE - to construct lumber
storage shed and office located N.W.
corner of Pacific Avenue and Fulton St. •
WATER:
City water records indicate that there is a 12" cast iron water main on the south
aide of Pacific Avenue with approximately 95 psi static pressure to supply this
location. Fire hydrants az'e located at Pacific Avenue and Hill Street - 95 psi,
Pacific Avenue and Cedar Street - 95 psi, and at Hewitt Avenue and I'ulton Street -
90 psi. '
The new building will not have a significant impact on the water system. The
Water Departmgnt should have no objections to the proposal.
' SEWEfiS: .
A 48." combined sewer trunk line lies directly under the•proposed site at depths
between 15' and 20'. The line Ts down the center of the vacated right of way
oi Spruce Street. The depth, size, and critical function of this trunk line dictates
that no structures bs allowed to be built within the vacated right of way of Spruce.
This would place them 30' away from the main. If this requiremPnt is met, we
should be able to avoid another Hatloe type problem.
DRAINAGE:
The ed site is across the major trunk and also only two blocks from the
interceptor. Hydraulically, it would be better if no detention was provided in
this development but rather have all drainage discharge directly into the trunk
line.
, `I,1
. „l ,ti
   ✓
. . ,, lor,''p'
 ,

,;'
. ,;
