Submit a final landscape plan that will meet the a�groval <br /> of the Planninq Department. The plan shall consist of a <br /> ' minimum ten foot wide landscape strip along Pacific 1►venue <br /> and Fulton 1►venue and a five foot wide landscaped strip <br /> along the east side property line with Type Iii <br /> landscaping. One of the following signature tree species <br /> should be used: Flowering Cherry, American Sweet Gum, or <br /> Hedge Maple.
