The construction of a fence is approved per the site plan submitted. <br /> Generally, this fence will run south from the building entrance towsrds Paafic Avenue, <br /> and then easterly to the eastem property line. This fence shall be no taller than forty- <br /> eight inches, with the uppertnost eighteen inches consisting of latticework. A minimum <br /> of six shrubs, at least twenty four inches high at time of planting, or a hedQe, shall be <br /> required ;n front of the fence along Pacific Avenue. This approval is for fencing <br /> contained on private property oniy; the City of Everett Engineering/PubNc Services and <br /> Real Property DepaRments must approve any fencing propoced within the City right-of- <br /> way.
