As part of the Traneportatlon De�aod Msuagesent (TDN) as required by <br /> recent State lesielation, the Cit� �ay require reduction in parking for <br /> eztending u�es based upon impinentation of TDM uedeures. The�e vouid <br /> include carpooling� etc. <br /> 22. Duting cooattuction, ezisting parking xill be disrupced. Pureuan[ to <br /> the Mitigated Detetmination of Non-Signiflcance (PIDNS) ieeued by the <br /> City of Everett pureuant to SEPA, the Applicant muet provide a tevporary <br /> parking plan to be used during conetruction. The Applicant has <br /> indicated that it xill prnv4de a [esporary parkiag lot wf.th <br /> approzisately 50 parking spacee at Norton Avenue between Pac.Lfic Avenue <br /> and 32nd. Al�o, the Applicant has proposed that attendant parking and <br /> stacked parking Wf.11 be provided Sn the parking garage. This Kill <br /> provide appro�isntely 100 additional apacee to compeneate for the lost <br /> parktng due to conetruction. In addition, 20 to 30 parking epacee will <br /> be ueed at 900 Pacific Avenue. <br />
