The Applicant muet submit <br /> to the Citq a Tranaportatioa Demand Management program prepared by <br /> a qualified consultant. Thie plan muet be revieved and approved <br /> prior to the issuance of Building Peimite or Occupancy Petmits. <br /> 2. A paymeat of =10,768,00 muet be paid to the City for traffic mitigation <br /> prior to the issuance of any peimite, based upon the City's current <br /> Interim Trafflc Mitlgation Policy.
