The project consists of a remodel to the existing Flynn Csncer Treatment <br /> Center. 'The extent of the remodel is mostly revising the existing incendescen!lighting <br /> to more energy efficient Fluorescent lighting. There are some existing walls being <br /> demolished and some new ones being added as well. <br /> We are enclosing for your review a set of electrical drawings, panel schedules and load <br /> calculatinns. As you evill noNce b•om uur panel schedufes and calculations,we are <br /> decreasing the load on both panels serving the Flynn Centec Furthetmore,we are re- <br /> using se��eral existing lighting circuils to re-feed the new fluorescent hoffers. With this <br /> in mind,we are hoping that you and Tim Alaniz will exempt this minor remodel project <br /> from requiring plan review from the State Dept. of Labor and Industries. In speaking <br /> with Don Aye and Dick Bombardier,electrical plans review examiners for the State, <br /> they both deferred this decision to the C'ity of Everett. <br /> Aker your review, please let myself and Jeff Moore know of your decision conceming <br /> plan review. The project is already under construction and want to avo!d any possible <br /> delays. Please give me a call if you have any quesHons.
