SEPA # 149-89 CITY OF EVERETT Public Works Dep4 DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: The proposed acti.on is issuance of permits to build and reconstruct dwellings on a two-parcel site of 16,100 square feet. The site currently has two single-family homes, a free-stanciing garage, and, located ad; �.cent to the alley, a non-conforniinq dwelling with attached garage. A portion of the free-standing garaqe will be removed so that three two-bedroom townhouses can be constructed. The two single-family dwellings will eac11 be converted to three-bedroom duplex units. One of the duplex units will be designed for handicap access. The non-conforming dwellinq unit with attached garage will not be altered. Thus, the current site with three dwelling units will be rebuilt for a total of eight units. Seven of these units require permits. A total of 14 new parking places will be pr�vided in addition to the garage attached to the existinq dwelling unit on the alley. No filling is proposed. PROPONENT: HOUSING HOPE P. O.
