This was noted on the plans and explained to the mason <br /> contractor on the ,job site when the wall construction first began. <br /> Tl�e issue is not the competence and credibility of the contractors involved, <br /> but one of client equity and liability to the contractor and City. As, the <br /> i:ity is responsible for the enforcement of the Code arid must treat all <br /> customers the same. <br /> If the test cylinders you have of the grout were tested by a testing lab <br /> information about the product could be provided for the record, which would be <br /> acceptable. <br /> Information abouY. the placement of the grout would also be necessary for the <br /> inspection record, Since the work is complete we appreciate the fact that <br /> this step is much more difficult, but the record needs to be completed. <br /> Please provide this office a proposal that addresses this matter.
