'� Research of our records indicates that <br /> this has not occurred. <br /> Even th�ugh I can appreciate your genuine effort to <br /> secure the area from potential thefts and burglaries, the <br /> City requests that you immediately commence removinq all <br /> fences, gates, supplies, equipment, vehicles or other <br /> materials that encraach within the boundaries of the alley <br /> to allow public access to and from 33rd Street.
