As we discussed, Everett Municipal Code, Chapter 13.30.020, provides for the permitted private and special use of public rights-of-way ��after having secured from the Public Works Department, the requisite permit and having paid a permit fee." Research of our records indicates that this has not occurred. Even though I can appreciate your qenuine effort to secure the area from potential thefts and burglaries, the City requests that you immediately commence removing all fences, qates, supplies, equipment, vehicles or other materials that encroach within the boundaries of the alley to allow public access to and from 33rd Street.
