1. INTRODUCTION
This document is intended to provide the engineering information ecessary to support
the construction plan submittal to the City of [verett for this site. The site covers 0.72
acres. The area of disturbance for this project is focused along the north side of the
parcel and includes approximately 11,500 sf of on-site and off-site improvements and
disturbances. Therefore, the total disturbed area will be 0.26 acres. This project witl
include some off-site paving within the Paine Ave R.O.W. to the east and alley to the
west. In addition, the on-site improvements include pavement fr parking and a loading
dock..
This project proposes to create 0.24 acres of new impervious surfaces including roof,
paricing and ramp for the loading dock. This will reyuire the construction of stormwater
conveyance and detention facilities. Roof runoff from the new covered loading dock will
be discharged onto the proposed pavement and collected in the parking lot collection
system. Runoff from the loading ramp will be collected in a trench drain and connected
directly to the combined stormisewer system as bypass. All of the proposed parking area
as well as new roof area will be collected and conveyed to a detention pipe prior to
release from the site. The site stormwater improvements were designed lo meet the
COE 2010 Stormwater Management Manual along with the modifications to the
standards contained in the interim Public Works Policy#2-11.
l"he site is located west of Paine Ave at 3324 Paine Ave., in the City of Everett, and in
S=ction 29, Township 29N, Range 5E, Willamette Meridian.
