MINIMUM REQUIREMENT t�3: SOURCE CONTROL OF POLLUTANTS Since this project is located within the combined storm/sewer basin for the City of Everett, interim Public Works Policy#2-11 sta'.es that proje :ts within the combined basin are exempt from runoff treatment. MINIMUM REQUIREMENT 1i4: PRESERVATION OF NATURAL DR/�INAGE SYSTEMS AND OUTFALLS All of the runoff from the existing site is tributary to the combined storm/sewer system and that will remain the case after this project is completed. MINIMUM REQUIREMENT#5: ON-SITE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT Due to the developed nature of this existing parcel and the lack of any landscaping in this zone there is no area available for constructing on-site stormwater management BMPs. In addition, this site had previously contained a structure and has been graded the potential for infiltration in the Alderwood type soils is not a viable option. MINIMUM REQUIREMENT#6: RUNOFF TREATMENT Since this project is located within the comt::ed stortn/sewer basin for the City of Everett, interim Public Worics Policy #2-11 states that projects within the combined basin are exempt from runoff treatment. MINIMUM REQUIREMENT#7: FLOW CONTROL The design and analysis for this project requires the construction of 90 LF of detention pipe that have been sized using the VYWHM3 software. The pipe will discharge to the downstream system via 6" pipe oulfalis to the sewer main in Paine Ave. MINIMUM FEQUIREMENT#B: WETLAND PROTECTION No wetlands exist in the downstream system for this project.
