MINIMUM REQUIREMENT t�3: SOURCE CONTROL OF POLLUTANTS <br /> Since this project is located within the combined storm/sewer basin for the City of Everett, <br /> interim Public Works Policy#2-11 sta'.es that proje :ts within the combined basin are <br /> exempt from runoff treatment. <br /> MINIMUM REQUIREMENT 1i4: PRESERVATION OF NATURAL DR/�INAGE SYSTEMS <br /> AND OUTFALLS <br /> All of the runoff from the existing site is tributary to the combined storm/sewer system and <br /> that will remain the case after this project is completed. <br /> MINIMUM REQUIREMENT#5: ON-SITE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT <br /> Due to the developed nature of this existing parcel and the lack of any landscaping in this <br /> zone there is no area available for constructing on-site stormwater management BMPs. <br /> In addition, this site had previously contained a structure and has been graded the <br /> potential for infiltration in the Alderwood type soils is not a viable option. <br /> MINIMUM REQUIREMENT#6: RUNOFF TREATMENT <br /> Since this project is located within the comt::ed stortn/sewer basin for the City of Everett, <br /> interim Public Worics Policy #2-11 states that projects within the combined basin are <br /> exempt from runoff treatment. <br /> MINIMUM REQUIREMENT#7: FLOW CONTROL <br /> The design and analysis for this project requires the construction of 90 LF of detention <br /> pipe that have been sized using the VYWHM3 software. The pipe will discharge to the <br /> downstream system via 6" pipe oulfalis to the sewer main in Paine Ave. <br /> MINIMUM FEQUIREMENT#B: WETLAND PROTECTION <br /> No wetlands exist in the downstream system for this project. <br /> MINIMUM REQUIREMENT#9: BASIIvNVATERSHED PLANNING <br /> No existing Basin or Watershed plans were found that affect the area around this proiect. <br /> --- 1t-1t5 <br /> Glacier PropeAies page-11 <br /> December2011 <br />
