While we were having those conversations, the scope o`. the project and the physical conditiun of the building has changed. When we began, the discussions revolved around only fixing the fire damage area (which was a relatively smali area based on our discussions) buc leaving the remainder of the building ir�tact. The thought process then was the typical "don't touch it,don't have to update i�". At some point, the buildin�was completely removed except for steel structure. This was not part of previous discussions. There is really nothin� substantial left for us to 'grandfather'. Based on our long standing philosophy already :nentionrd, now that the strudure ha� been reiT:oved, whai is built will have to comply vai�h current c�des. Sorry for any con(usion. We�Iso are now sprinklering the building when it hadn't been sprinklered before. If we are required to do a two hour wall it will be very difficult to do on a typical metal building frame, as is proposed to go back in and is what the insurance company will pay for.
