Section 104(e) , 1979 Edition of the Uniforai auilding Code states as follo�.�s : "Quildings or structures moved into or within the jurisdiction sliall comply with the provisions of this cade for new buildinas or structures ." Also: According to city code the City of Everett Duilding �epartment is required to ina4:e a pre-move inspection and, for this inspection to be made, there is a fee of y50.00. Upon pa��nent of said fee the Quilding Department shall notify the applicant of the datc and time of the inspection. The inspectioii shall be made at the ori9inal location oP the building prior to its re�noval therefrom. At the time of application the owner shall file sufficient plans indicating that the building will comply with all the current building, mechanical , plumbing, electrical and fire codes as adopted by the City of Everett. The plans shall contain at least thc following information : 1 . A detailed plot plan drawn at a scale of not less than 1 " = 20'0" showing the location of the house on the proposed new site, distance to sidc yards, front yard, rear yard , off-street par{:ing, all other buildings on said site, north direction indicator, scale, address, anc: legal description of the property. 2. A dimensioned foundation plan dra�vn at a scale of not less than 1/4" - 1 ' 0" showing locations and size of footings and foundation �+alls, size and spacing direction of floor joists, girders, etc. f `J
