. � ATTACHMENT A APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE I am requesting, as authorized under Section 18.44.210 of the Everett Municipal Code, to be allowed access to Lot 2 of the proposed short plat by easement. Section 18.44.200 of the Everett Municipal Code, and the requirements fcr road frontage as established by the present zoning of the property to be subdivided, would allow for only two lots, although the property contains more than sufficient square footage for three lots which can meet all other requirements for this zone. Should this variance be granted, there wi11 be no detrimental effects to the public welfare nor any injuries to th� properties or possibl: future improvements in the vicinity, as all p�•oposed lots will meet the requirements for the zone in which the property is located. In r�iy opinion, there is no reasonable alternative to the design of the proposed subdivision that would be acceptable in accordance with the existing requirements for the present zoning.
