If the parking lot will have more than twenly parking spaccs, your proposal will nced to go <br /> through the SL-PA (Stale L•nvironmental Policy AcQ process. To begm this process, you <br /> will need to go to the City Planning Deparimenl and fill out a checklist and provide <br /> in(ormation on your proposal. 7he Planning Dcpartmcnt will thcn distribute your proposal <br /> to various agencies for comments. During this process, you may be required to sub�mt <br /> information about the proximit�'of your pro�ccl to nearby wctlands. <br /> 2. AfMr the SL=PA process is complc;;;d, you will then need to provide deUiled plans and a <br /> completcd Public Works permit ayplicaUon for review by Public Works Department and the <br /> City Planning Uepartment. Plans will need lo show any nccessary landuaping, drainage <br /> system, striping, strect improvemenls and pavcment sWctures. <br /> 3. Af�er you have rcceivcd your Public Works permit, wurk can then be started.
