We understand that two on- <br /> site struci:ures are to be moved into the proposed building pad <br /> areae. The pad areas are approximately shown on the enclosed <br /> locatiot� map. The two buildings consist o£ single story wood <br /> £rame etructures, which will be placed upon r:ontinuous footings. <br /> The scope of services included per£ormance of four backhoe test <br /> piLs, and observation around the subject area. Locations of the <br /> test pits performed can be found on the enclosed location map. <br /> All elevations mentioned in this report refer to existing �rade . <br /> Existin� Conditions <br /> Presently, 'che eite area is excavated to proposed footing grade <br /> elevation within the building sites. The area is generally flat <br /> _ lying, and begins to slope up toward the east where the excavation <br /> creates a cut slope along the easterly line .
