The City's �eview of <br /> the Grantor's plans under this easement ahall not be deemed to impose any <br /> duty or obligation on the City to determine the adequacy or suEficiency of <br /> the Gcantor's plans and designs noc whethe[ the Gcantor's conatruction, wo[k <br /> or activity is in conformance with othec applicable plans, codes and <br /> �egulations. Further, approval by the City to such conetruction, wock or <br /> activity shall not in any manner be conaide�ed as impoeing any obligation, <br /> duty oc liab;lity upon the City as to the safety or propriety of euch <br /> conetruction, aock oc activity. <br /> 3. The Gcantor hereby authorizes the City to cut, trim and cemove <br /> any and all brush, tcees, other vegetatio� or debris upon the easement and <br /> the right oE access foc such purposes. Gcantor also authorizes the City to <br /> cut, trim and remove any and all brush, tcees, othec vegetation and debcis <br /> on Grantor's property which, in the City's reasonablr judgment, constitutes <br /> a hazard to the easement and the [ight of access foc such purposes. <br /> 4 .
