All improvements shell be completed, <br /> approved, and warr�nted before the occupancy Permit is iasued. <br /> 2. City streets and alleys are to be kept cleer af dirt and debris <br /> at all times durinq construction. Duet suppresaion and atreet <br /> cleaning nust occur a6 directed by the Public worke Inepector. <br /> 3. Performance q�aranteea are required for the str�et and utility <br /> improvements. <br /> 4• � one-year querantee is required on the public improvements for <br /> an amount not leas than l0E of the cost of construction and shell <br /> run for one year from the date of iasuence of fihe firRt Occupancy <br /> Permit for the project. <br /> 5. The Police Department has the following security recomr.:andetions: <br /> a.
