Included herein is the approved plot plan for your <br /> building, the site development permit and a portion of the Everett Municipal Code that <br /> covers driveway. <br /> I visited the site a few days ago to see if Mr. Allen had completed the driveway as <br /> shown on his approved site plan. With the addition of the recent paving, it now meets <br /> the requiremer•ts of his approval. <br /> The Everett Municipal Code requires that the access to this residence be from the alley <br /> (see highlighted cade section.) That was shown on the site plan. <br /> You may wish to apply for a permit to revise your driveway. A different configuration <br /> may work better for you.
