`�� 3. Detention of stormwater runoff is required per City standards. At this time, 4.43 <br /> acre-feet of detention storage in the regionai stormwater facility at Hardeson and <br /> Merrill Creek Parkway is available fore this project and those adjacent properties <br /> originally involved in the Seaway Center Business Park Binding Site Plan (SEPA <br /> #30-90). Any stormwater detention requirements in excess of 4.43 acre-feet <br /> (cumulative among the remaining undeveloped properties) must be provided on- <br /> site (SEPA Public Services and Utdities Policies) <br /> The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it doas not have a probable <br /> significant adverse impact on the environment. An Environmental Impact Statement is <br /> not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This determination assumes compliance <br /> with State law and City ordinances related to general environmental protection <br /> including but not limited to right-of-way improvement requirements, drainage, etc. This <br /> decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other <br /> information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on <br /> request. This Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance is specifically conditioned <br /> on compliance with the conditions attached hereto which are incorporated by reference <br /> as if fully set forth herein. <br /> This MDNS is issued under 197-11-340(2); the lead agency will not act on this proposal <br /> for 15 caiendar days from the date below.
