Note: More stringent detention and water treatment requirements than the City would impose may be placed on the project as a condition of the HPA. 2. A National Follutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit, administered by the US Environmental Protection Agency and/or Washington State Department of Ecology, will probably be required for clearing and grading activities on this site due to its size(more than 5 acres).
