Changes to plans must <br /> be approved by both the Engineering 8� Public Services and Fire Departments. <br /> Aboveground sprinkler piping shall be hydrostatically tested as established in NFPA Standard 13. <br /> Underground piping shall be hydrostatically tested and flushed as established in NFPA Standard <br /> 24 for private fire mains.
