City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt :ind debris <br /> gH � at all times during construction. Permits must be obtained for all fill removed from the siteaaSEPA <br /> placed within the City limits. It takes about 35 days ( <br /> review) to obtain permits for any specific site. A one-year guarantee is required on the public improvements and <br /> site landsca�ing for an amount not less than l0� o� the cost of <br /> construct_ion and/or installation and shall run for one year from <br /> the date of issuance of the first Occupancy Permit for the <br /> project. <br /> 5. A two-year guarantee is required for private retention/detention <br /> �. -� or other drainage treatment/abatement facilities serving areas <br /> C� larger than one acre. <br /> � i 6. The on-site watermain must be staked within an easement to the <br /> ' City. The easement must be submitted to the City prior to the <br /> � ���i issuance of permits. <br /> ,��� <br /> ' 7. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems mus <br /> be submitted per City design and construction standards atiei <br /> specifications. <br /> I �� <br /> 8. GTE Northwest will proviC�d service to this site. However, new <br /> telephone cable construction will be required in conjunction with <br /> the site development. GTE should be coniacted concerning <br /> I ��� construction schedules and telephone requirements. <br /> It is the developer's responsibility to provide a suitable <br /> combination of conduit and trenching and/or riser cenduit to <br /> � ��1�� accommodate GTE's network communications cable within the <br /> � confines of the complex.
