No increase in height is rcquired for this project. <br /> Conclusion: The existing pole was detennined to be at the lowest heighl necessary to serve thc <br /> community. <br /> DECISION: The proposal is approved as submitted suUject to compliance with all city, state and <br /> federal regulations. The follo�vmg conditions shall apply: <br /> 1. A Public Works Pennit is required for this project. Detailed dra�vings in accordance with City <br /> Design and Construction Standards shall be submitted to the PuUlic Works Department, sho�ving <br /> site parking layout, la�idscaping, utilities, storni drainage, temporary construction crosion control, <br /> and all required improvements in the puUlic right-of-�vay. Public Works Departmenl approval of <br /> ihese drawings is required prior to any peimils being issued. All improveroents shall be completed, <br /> approved and warranied beCore thc Occupancy Penvit is issued/final approval is granted. <br /> 2. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properiies. <br /> 3. Lack of commcnt on the plans submitted with the application does not constitute approval of these <br /> plans. <br /> 4. City streets �u�d alleys arc to be kept cicar of dirt und debris at all limes during constniction. Dust <br /> suppression and street cicaning must occur as directcd by the Public Works Inspector. <br /> 5. It appears lhat the proposcd location of the accessory equipment building �vill adversely impact an <br /> cxisting storniwatcr treaMient facilily. 7'he treatment facility is a pondcd area created by a raiscd _ <br /> pipe to the south of lhe propnsed accessory cquipment building.
