In this
regazd, I have determined the maximum amounts and locations of all Flammable Liquid:;
for the new site. All locations occur in the PCBA building.
1 The Maintenance Storage room will house one 45 Gallon Flammable Storage Cabinet nat
containing more than 45 Gallons of vazious flammable liquids ranging from 70%
Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA)to PVC primer to misc. cleaners.
Each Electrovert Wave will require one 45 Gallon Flammable Storage Cabinet which will
I contain not more than 20 gallons each of 856 Flux and 425 Thinner. There will also be
approximately 4 gnllons of Fluxlfhinner in the wave itself. Each wave will also require
one 55 gallon waste sattelite accumulation area. This will essentially be a 55 gallon drum
housed in a 60 Gallon Flammable StoraEe Cabinet. 1 believe there will eventually be 4
wave machines in total.
The Add area will house one 30 Gallon Flammable Storage Cabinet that will contain
! small quantities of various flanunable liquids required by customers. This includes, but is
not limited to, 70 % IPA,4 oz. containers of conformal coatings, and various liquid
adhesives.
The Board Test area will house one 30 Galion Flammablc Storage Cabinet that will
contain small quantities of various flammable liquids required t-,y customers. This
includes, but is not limited to 70% IPA, various confornial coatings, cican-up solvents,
and various liquid adhesives.
The Test quipment Maintenance area will housc one small 4 Gallon I'lammable Storagc
 Cabinet containing various Flammable sofvents.
The maximum quantity of Ilammable liquids on site will therefore be 521 Gallons. All
will be stored in Flammable Storage Cabinets cxcept the 4 gallons each found in each ot'
the waves.
  37
