Natural vegetation shouid be preserved and <br /> landscaped areas should consist of sod, deciduous and coniferous trees azid hardy <br /> � ground covering plants. Trees shall be spaced at 1 for each 5 to 10 car stalls. <br /> Deciduous trees shall have a minimum 2" caliper. Coniferous trees s6a11 be a <br /> minimum of 6' high. <br /> � Berms or other appropriate screening sufficient to provide a substantial visual buffer <br /> are encouraged between parking areas and other adjacent properties, and public rights- <br /> ' of-way. <br /> 7. Other On-Site i vndscaning/Op��ace: The building shall be surrounded by an <br /> ' average of fifteen (15) feet of landscapmg and/or walkways, except for loading areas. <br /> The average width of all landscaping must be at least 8 feet. <br /> A minimum of 3 trees per 1,000 sf of landscaped area must be provided. Deciduous <br /> t_ ttees must have a minimum caliper of 2". Comferous trees must be a minimum of 6' <br /> high. In addition, shrubs and ground cover must be provided to cover the ground in <br /> three years. <br /> ` The site must provide a landscaped entryway, fountain, art work, plaza, and/or <br /> courtyard as a design feature. <br /> �- The applicant is encouraged to provide some indoor or outdoor recreation facilities, <br /> such as picnic tables, sports couns, exercise facilities, etc. <br /> ( g. �htin�of Parking Lots: Lightine for parking areas and the exteriors of buildines <br /> shall be shielded and•directed away from adjacent properties. Lighting of parking <br /> areas within 300 feet of areas designated for residenual uses shall be on lighc standards <br /> not exceeding 20 feet in height. <br /> 9, NGpE,s: Areas with slopes of 25% or greater have been designated as Native Growth <br /> � Protection Easement Areas (NGPE's).
